Yes, Its possible in this new era of all online stuffs, freshers also can get job if they find proper way to apply for jobs online.

So here is step by step guide to apply for job

1) Google Maps

I got my first job by google maps

here is how -
open google maps in desktop mode .
in search box type ," AREA NAME  LTD." for example I am searching job opportunity  in Navi Mumbai area 
so type NAVI MUMBAI LTD. likewise you can search for companies related to your field. for eg. type Automation Ltd . In search box.

see magic It will  show list of  all industries in Navi Mumbai area which are listed as Limited company.

Now open contact details of these companies one by one, you will get website details. simply open website of that industry and in contact us tab find email id .. that will be info@ or sales@ or whatever , you can also get mail id in careers tab . Now copy that all mail ids one by one

compose new mail id add all them one by one as 'bcc'    and To - yourself.
subject line of your mail must
"Looking for opportunity as trainee engineer ( BE ..............)"

now in body

start as
Dear Sir/Mam,
…............….... whatever you have done , your diploma or degree , for eg. mention that I have completed BE in mechanical engineering , please go through my resume...

Thank you
You name

attach your resume in pdf and   word format both

This is how you can reach to hr or some responsible person of company.

You will surely get call by this method .  search all nearby companies  of your choice.
